A couple of new purchases and trying out a moblog
Yesterday was a fun day. We bought an Acura TL and then bought a couple of bluetooth-enabled Smartphones (Motorola MPx220) to use with the car's bluetooth support. The car doesn't get here for a few days so we haven't been able to try the phones with it yet but we sure have been tinkering with the phones while we wait.
Combine that with my recent discovery (as always much later than the rest of the world) of the Flickr service and I've ended up trying out the idea of having a moblog now that I can take pictures with my phone. I have no idea if I'll keep this up or not, but if you like collecting random feeds in your rss aggregators feel free to add this feed:

Due to another discovery of mine recently (the FeedBurner service), that feed is viewable via a regular browser as well. I'd highly recommend you check these two sites out.
This also means I'll probably be posting a lot more in the near future about geekish/techie toys I'll be playing around with in the near future. Some of the ones I think I'll probably write something about are the smartphone in general, XM Satellite Radio which we probably wouldn't have added to the car but came standard (and now I'm pretty curious to see if I like it), some .NET Compact Framework programming possibly, and plenty more I'm sure.
