Comcast DVR Guide Updated?
Is it just me or did the Comcast Microsoft DVR software get updated recently? Things seem more responsive and I no longer see the duplicate entries for shows in the lists. Another thing that looks different is how it seems to be doing some more automatic rewinding whenever you stop fast forwarding at one of the faster speeds. A very welcome improvement though everything seems pretty subtle making me wonder if there really was an update or not... I'll search around a bit...

I live in Bellevue, WA and I was awake on Thursday Sept 22 around 3 am and the box read DL which I assume means download. After this I notice that in the DVR menu it now says Microsoft Enhanced.
I have not noticed dup entries either but I have noticed the box acts more like TIVO now in that it will 'sometimes' search for another showing besides the recording I have scheduled for a particular show. When searching for a show by title the cursor moves more smoothly too.
As for fast forwarding I had learned to time it to right after the commercials but now when I hit play after fast forwarding on level 3, it rewinds by about 40 seconds so you have to watch at least one commercial or fast forward at level 1 or 2 to skip that one last commercial. Also, at level 1 when you hit play it rewinds about 4 to 6 seconds.
One glitch I noticed and can't duplicate but it has hapenned multiple times since the recent download. When fast fwd on level 3 in the middle of a show then hitting play it will jump all the way back to the beginning of the recording.
